Managing an effective physical security program requires a clear and defined approach. From conducting an initial risk assessment to making and presenting a business case, and everything in between, security professionals need to be at their best to meet a seemingly endless barrage of unexpected challenges. Whether you’ve taken on new security responsibilities, are an integrator or a professional who wants to polish up your skills, this course is designed for you.
Break it down: the first step in analyzing any physical security challenge is conducting a vulnerability and/or risk assessment. Once done, the next challenge lies in designing efficient solutions, then finally preparing the business case to integrate with your overall security plan.
